Getting to Martha's Vineyard By Boat:

From Woods Hole:
The Steamship Authority ferry is a 45 minute ride that runs to Vineyard Haven year round and to Oak Bluffs during the summer months only. Car reservations are required during the summer months, but recommended year-round. Standby tickets for cars are available on designated days during the summer and anytime during the off-season. No reservations are needed for walk-on passengers or bicycles. Steamship Authority parking lots are available and charged by the calendar day. Free shuttle buses will transport you from the parking lots to the ferry.

From Falmouth to Oak Bluffs:

From Falmouth to Edgartown:The Pied Piper is a limited capacity passenger ferry running from late May to October. It is a 45 minute ride and reservations are recommended. For more information please call 508.548.9400

From Hyannis to Oak Bluffs:The Hy-Line is a passenger only ferry that runs from early May to Late October. The ride is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. For more information please call 508.778.2600 or 508.693.0112.
